Light or dark theme

Click Dark theme at the bottom of the menu to switch Zolensa to dark, or choose Match my device under My account, Appearance. It is saved to your account, so it stays the same every time you sign in. See Find your way around.

One credit balance for WhatsApp, text messages and AI

WhatsApp, text messages and AI through Zolensa are now paid from one credit balance. 1 credit is US$0.01.

  • Your workspace gets free credits on the 1st of every month: 5% of your plan price, rounded.
  • Buy more under Settings, Credits, from US$10. Bought credits do not expire.
  • Your balance shows at the bottom of the sidebar on every page.
  • Choose a low balance email, so owners know before credit runs out.
  • The Usage report shows credits by service, feature, study and person, with a CSV download.

See Credits for WhatsApp, text messages and AI.

Switch WhatsApp, text messages and AI on yourself

WhatsApp and text messages now have their own pages under Settings. Each page and the AI page open with a panel that shows whether the service is on, what it used this month and the last 30 days. Owners switch each one on or off themselves, with no need to ask us. See WhatsApp and text messages.

Send email from your own mailbox

Under Settings, Email, sign in with Google, Microsoft or Zoho to send invitations and reminders from your own address. Titan, Hostinger, GoDaddy, Rediffmail Pro, Yahoo, iCloud and other mailboxes are filled in for you. See Connect your mailbox, step by step.

Help on every page

Click Help at the bottom right of any page for a short guide to that page, with pictures, and Show me for a guided tour of its parts.

Study pages

  • The study Overview shows the study's progress in more detail: tasks, responses, participants and what needs attention.
  • The study header shows the study's key details: dates, languages, participants and the team.
  • On the Interviews tab, How it works opens the guide when you need it.

Faster pages and better access

App pages load about twice as fast, text has stronger contrast, and the pages work better with screen readers and keyboards.

Support

When you write a support ticket, guides that match your words appear as you type, so you may find the answer straight away. The support page also lists the most asked questions. See Frequently asked questions.
