Monthly plans by the number of people taking part at the same time. Unlimited studies, team members, clients and storage on every plan.
Prices in US dollars, excluding VAT and other taxes. Active participants are people invited to or taking part in a study that is not closed; finished studies free their places.
Questions
What counts as an active participant?
Someone invited to, or taking part in, a study that is open. When a study closes, its participants stop counting. Test participants, such as your team trying the study, never count.
Can we run several studies at once?
Yes. Studies are unlimited on every plan; only the number of active participants differs.
Do clients and colleagues cost extra?
No. Invite as many researchers, moderators and clients as you need.
How do we pay?
We invoice monthly in US dollars. Tell us the plan you want and we set it up the same day. You can change plan at any time.
What if we need more than 250 participants?
Choose Custom and tell us what you need. We agree a price for more participants, several workspaces or special contract terms.
Can we use our own AI or email provider?
Yes. Agencies can connect their own email service and their own AI provider for translations, at no extra charge.
Do you offer research fieldwork as well?
Zolensa is the platform. If you also need participants recruited, ask us and we will introduce a fieldwork partner.
