A free trial gives your agency its own Zolensa workspace, so you can set up a real study and try it with your team. This article explains how to ask for one and what it includes.

Ask for a trial

1. Go to zolensa.com and click Start free trial.
2. In What would you like?, keep A free trial.
3. Fill in Your name, Work email, Agency or company and Country. Phone (optional) and Message (optional) can stay empty, but a short note about your study helps us.
4. Click Send.

You get a confirmation email straight away. It says we have your request.

Please use your work email address. Throwaway email addresses and requests sent through Tor are refused. Depending on our settings, personal addresses such as Gmail, and some VPNs, may be refused too. The form tells you what to change.

Approval

A person on the Zolensa team checks every trial request. This usually takes up to one working day. When your trial is approved, you get an email called "Your Zolensa trial is ready".

If we cannot offer a trial, you get an email saying so. If you think this is a mistake, reply to it with your company website and we will take another look.

Choose your password and sign in

1. In the approval email, click Choose my password. The link works for 7 days.
2. Type a password of at least 12 characters, then type it again.
3. Click Save and continue.
4. Sign in with your work email and new password.
5. Set up two-factor sign-in with an authenticator app. As the owner of the workspace, you must do this. See Sign in and two-factor sign-in.

Tip: If the link has expired, click Get a new link on the page it opens, or use Forgot your password? on the sign-in page.

What the trial includes

The trial limits are shown on the pricing page on zolensa.com and in the app. By default, a trial includes:

• 14 days
• 1 study
• up to 5 participants

Test participants are free and unlimited. They do not count towards the 5 participants. See Test participants.

The days start when your workspace is created. A bar at the top of every page shows how many days are left and what the trial includes. Your Home page shows the days left too. The study count includes studies you have closed.

When the trial ends

Everything you made stays in your workspace. You can still view and export it. But you cannot start new studies, add participants or send invitations, and you cannot take a study live, resume it or reopen it. Owners can choose a plan under Settings, Billing. See Plans and billing.

Self sign-up

The page app.zolensa.com/signup may be closed. If it is, it shows "Sign-up opens soon" and an Ask for a free trial button that leads to the form above.
